MicroPolis is growing. At the moment two modern buildings are under construction, with which we want to offer our tenants even more room for innovation and commercial success.

Whilst planing, we used many valuable ideas and comments of our tenants. So no wish stays unfulfilled - and MicroPolis continues to be the most attractive business estate in Dresden.

Project 1:
Reconstruction, reorganization and extension Gatehouse (building 1010)

• Planning phase: study
• Owner: Bauenberg GmbH/MicroPolis Businesspark

 

Project 2:
New business building at "Windkanal"

• Site size: around 6.000 m²
• Asked planing permission for a maximum of around 4.000 m² business and office area
• Planing for 2.600 m² office area and around 1.400 m² hall
• Division of area and equipment depending on the desire of the tenant

 

Project 3:
New business complex at " Hugo-Junkers-Ring " (formerly known as "Zur Wetterwarte 10")

• Site size: around 9.100 m²
• Asked planing permission for a maximum of around 6.000 m² business and office area
• Planing for around 3.000 m² hall and for a maximum of around 2.000 m² office area
• Division of area and equipment depending on the desire of the tenant
